How are ya'll? Thanks so much for checking in on the blog. I really love using this site and I hope that you guys all enjoy it too! Thanks too for everyone who commented on the slide show! I learn something new every time I log on this thing! =)
This past week was a great week, for me anyway! Although I am still not quite legal (I will be as of October 30th YEAH!) I was as independent as I could be this last Friday. I saw about 13 patients, all of which I felt very comfortable treating and reading x-rays. So, this week was a great week!
TJ's week was a little different. He had a test on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this last week. He did well on all of them though, just like he always does! Now he is learning Hematology and Oncology. He really enjoys the learning, but it is SOOOO much information in so little time he is filling a littl over whelmed!
TJ and I also went to our ward's Halloween party! I was in the doughnut eating contest, but came in at a close second! I know this is a big surpirse to most of you, I mean who has a bigger mouth then me? We did have a small mishap though as the girl next to me in the contest ended up choking on her doughnut and needing the hiemlich maneuver. She was alright, but it was an intense few minutes! This next week TJ and I are hopefully going to attend an UNC basketball game. I am really excited!
Well, I hope that everyone has a great week and we look forward to hearing from you! Oh yeah and the weather out here is wonderful. It was a little chilly here, it got down to about 68! =) It is so warm, I love it here!!!
