Hey guys!
This last week was VERY busy for us, but really fun! Last week, after TJ was done with all of his tests of course, we headed out for Halloween. It is really big here and they close down the mainstreet in Chapel Hill from lik 9:oo m to about 1:00 a.m. We went to dinner with some friends and then hung around and viewed alot of costumes until about 9:30-10:00 before too much alcohol came out. Our friends dressed up, but we didn't! It was a lot of fun though, the costumes were very good! The big hits were thing 1 and thing 2 from Dr. Seuss, a group of people dressed up as different Tetris pieces, a headless man (but he couldn't see anything so someone had to guide him through the crowd!) and Fred and Wilma Flinstone! Everyone looked really good! Plus there were TONS of policemen everywhere, so I wanted to get a picture with them!
Then, I worked independently on Friday night and Saturday during the day. I was very nervous to be the only one at clinic, but it went very well. I was excited that I was able to hold up the clinick, but I am also glad when I have backup as well. Plus I had my own clinic this morning. I saw a total of three patients! It was quite exciting! =)
Last but not least! TJ and I went to UNC game on saturday night! It was SOOOO much fun! It was just an exhibition game and it was a total blow out, but it was still great! They won by like fifty points but they started to show boat! They were doing windmill dunks, rotating dunks, etc. It was really fun! This week we are going to try to go to a Duke basketball game! I'm really excited!
Well, not that we are counting down or anything but we will be home in about 5 1/2 weeks! So we are REALLY excited to see everyone! we will be home for about 10 days! YEAH! Well have a great week!
