Hello everyone!
This past week has been busy and fun, like most of our weeks. I am finally on a more regular schedule at work and my body is now able to adjust to waking up early or staying up late! Work is going really well right now. I am learning so much each and every day. The staff are great to work with as well and they are so supportive of me! Sometimes I get so nervous to call and ask their advice, but they are always very kind and respond immediately!
This last week my office had their Thanksgiving feast! Everyone brought something, so there was TONS of food! I think there is only about 40 people in our department and we had three turkeys and a ham! Plus three tables full of side dishes from homemade rolls to sweet potatoes to homemade macarroni and cheese, plus two more tables FULL of just desserts! Needless to say I gorged myself and enjoyed every minute of it! =) It was delicious!
TJ had a good week at school as he only had two tests this week. He did great on both and now is buckling down for two more next week. He is so excited for Thanksgiving break he can hardly wait! He does not have any lectures next week, just a test on Monday and a test on Tuesday. Then he has the rest of the week off! He has a paper due the Monday after he comes back, but he has been working hard on getting it done so he can enjoy his break! I am also very excited for him to have a break! What will I do with him for four whole days! =)
I absolutely love this time of year! First of all, I can't believe that it is already Thanksgiving and the weather out here is still so warm! =) Second, the trees out here are beautiful. You drive down the road and on both sides of the street are hundreds of trees with all different colors of leaves. I love to just walk or drive down the roads because they are so beautiful. I have some pictures, but they don't do justice to the beauty! Last night TJ took me out to dinner to celebrate National Nurse Practitioner week! =) Then we went to the South Point Mall for a huge celebration. They had a free concert by Lifehouse along with the welcoming of Santa Clause to the mall and the lighting of this HUGE christmas tree. Afterwards they had fake snow blow from the rooftops of the buildings. I just chuckled as I thought about the fake snow and how amazed and excited everyone was about it! Not to mention that it was about 45 degrees that night and Tj and I are in our hoodies and pants, but everyone else was in coats, gloves, beanies and scarves. They were freezing! These people really don't know what cold is! =)
Anyway, I am just so thankful for everything that TJ and I have been blessed to experience out here. We have great friends and neighbors out here, I love my job and TJ is really enjoying his school! We have been so blessed and I am just so thankful for all that we have! I want all of our cute friends and wonderful family to know how much we LOVE you and we MISS you guys and we are SOOOO excited to come home to visit in less then four weeks! We hope you all have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving!

It's about time your trees got some color. I was hoping to take some pictures of the leaves when I was there, but alas it was not to be. P.s. if you talk to your mom before me tell her I want pictures of Sharon's baby.
miss you guys tons.
