Hey guys! Sorry that I haven't posted for a couple weeks! Life has been busy and good and fun and etc., etc., etc! Last week we had a wonderful time playing in the warm weather! It was GORGEOUS outside so we took some walks and of course watched some GREAT basketball! =) Although Duke lost! Oh well, what can ya do! TJ and I both filled out brackets this year and we have done actually pretty good! If Kansas beats North Carlina and Memphis beats UCLA, then we are both at the TOP of our brackets! So, go KANSAS and MEMPHIS! =)
For Easter it started out with a GREAT breakfast and then we went over to the Christians for a pot luck dinner. I brought some ham (which turned out GREAT thanks to Jen and Mom for the recipe and cooking recommendations) everyone else brought side dishes! It was delicious and quite fun! We had a great time. Church on the other hand was a little crazy with ALL of the children hyped up on sugar from the Easter Bunny! All I can say is WOW!
This weekend TJ and I enjoyed some dinner with the Christians and then enjoyed 80 degree weather while we walked around the local outdoor mall in the evening! Saturday was a lazy day, I worked out, watched some ball, etc. TJ studied and then we ran some errands and watched a movie that night! We tried to go to the Durham Spring Festival, but it turned out to be nothing but a small carnival and probably NOT a place I would want to be more than about 15 minutes! It was comical for us to go!
I do have to give a shout out for my wonderful husband though! After he had been studying ALL week, staying up late, and taking a REALLY hard test on Friday I came home from work to a COMPLETELY clean house, dishes done, clothes picked up, garbage taken out, etc! It was such a great suprise and I REALLY appreciated it! Thanks sweet heart!
I continue to feel really well! I am still wearing my normal clothes, but they are starting to get a little more snug! My next appointment is at about 17 weeks, so TJ would like me to get the ultrasound around then so we can find out what we are having! I'm not sure about it, but we'll see!

Okay enough bragging about the good weather, yeah we had a skid of snow on our front small patch of lawn last sunday!!! ENOUGH ALREADY with the snow!!! NO just kidding!! We miss you. Time flies when you are pregnant. Dr. Dewey moved my due dat Sept 1, okay like 5 days but everyday counts right!!!! I can find out right now but I dont want to so we will wait until the end of may for softball to be over for beau to find out!!! I will be around 27 weeks when he finds out and if he tell me he best not come home just kidding!! I love that we are both pregnant together!! We miss you guys so much!! love mel beau and lai
Hey you guys! How are you doing? We sure do miss getting to see you at family functions. Michelle- how are you feeling!?!?!? 17 weeks is such a great time, you're pretty much over the yucky stuff and not yet into the 3rd trimester where you can't even tie your own shoe laces (okay maybe that was just me) I am so excited to hear what's been cookin' in there!
