The boys at night golf
Swinging in her swing, I promise she likes it, I promise!
Happy girl!
Past her bed time, what a trooper!
One of the boys enjoying a good baseball game!
With all of the excitement of graduation, the peace that accompanies accomplishment, the thrill of adventure, comes the though....now what? Well, we were there, but now, I think we have somewhat of a future planned for our little family!
First off, TJ and I have decided to hang out in North Carolina a little bit longer. It is just not time for us to return to our wonderful families in Utah quite yet! So, we are making a small town, picture Price with a Lowe's, in South East North Carolina our home. It is called Lumberton, NC. Please don't judge us! =) It is not the biggest, smartest, richest place, but it is a good start for us! TJ and I have both been hired at a pediatric practice there. TJ works 4 days a week and I will work 1 day a week. Not too shabby! =)
We will make the big move this August, if we can find a house, get approved, close and move by then anyway! If not, he will have to commute! =) Buying a house, UGH! I have to say, I was very excited until I found out HOW MUCH WORK IT IS! I am still excited but sometimes have to remind myself about my excitement as I make phone calls, fill out paper work, make copies, try to get our scanner to work without success and then racing to UPS just before closing! =) Yep, I'm excited! =)
As for us now, we are doing FABULOUS! I only have one more full month of work and then I take about one day a week off with two weeks in July and August off! YIIPPEEEE! TJ takes his LAST test next Friday and then he is home free until the PANCE! WHOOOOOOOWEEEEE!! Now that is excitement! I am working on losing some more baby weight without success. I am exercising but just can't give up my habit of eating something with chocolate or caramel at least once a day! I would like to say that I am trying, but lets be honest, I think I will just run more! =)
Kaitlynn is doing GREAT! She is definitely the source of pure joy in our home! She is now crawling, slowly but surely, claps, says DAD (no mom yet, still working on it) gives kissess and pulls herself up to standing using anything possible-table, bathtub, couch, mom, chair, bedspread, etc. She has also discovered the swings at the park and the swimming pool. Both of which she LOVES!
We have also had ALOT of fun as a family the past few weeks! We headed to our first Bulls Game and had a GREAT time! We thought we would get rained on, but didn't until we were walking to the car. Let's just say, it saved it up and although we were only in the rain for about 3 minutes, we were SOAKED. Kaitlynn loved it though and she loved the fireworks! My brother also came out last weekend for a boys day out. It included 18 holes of golf, a BBQ on our patio, and then 9 more holes of night golf! That night before crawling into bed TJ used up the last of his strength to say "Michelle, I'm not going to be able to move tomorrow." It was SOOOO much fun and a much needed break for TJ!
Well, we hope all is well with you and thank you for reading our REALLY long post that is way over due! We love you!

Michelle, congratulations on the new jobs for both of you. I'm glad you've enjoyed NC so much that you want to stay for a while still; I miss is all the time. Kaitlyn is getting so big and cute. It is so fun to see how well you are all doing and we wish you luck on all the big changes coming in your lives soon.
I'm excited for you guys- graduating, a new town & a new home... how fun! I love small towns- no judging here. :)
NC sounds great. What a fantastic set up for your family to both work at the same practice and in peds too.
